Shipping Policy

Products will be processed and sent between 1 to 5 business days depending on stock availability.
If the product description says made by order or on demand, it usually be processed and sent between in 15 business days.
The Customer must pay Shipping, if not described apart it will be included on the item price.
Returns
· No Returns are accepted for Sale items
· Only regular priced items may be Returned
For National orders returns can be accepted up to 30 days after being purchased. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after that date.
For International Orders duties and taxes are assessed by customs and are the responsibility of the customer.
For International orders returns can be accepted up to 60 days after being purchased. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after that date.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received.
Items damages due to transportation or delivery are not considered eligible for return.
Items used or washed in improper manners are not eligible for return.
Items are unique and must be washed by hand without bleaches and hung to dry.
To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipment of returns must be paid by the Customer.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
